For today’s mindset quickie, I’m sharing my short and sweet meditation practice that you can do anywhere, anytime, with no woo woo and best of all – you don’t even have to be in a quiet place.
It took me a LONG time to finally find a meditation practice that I can slot seamlessly into my day, every day, without having to spend hours sat on a pillow, chanting, and resisting the pain as my ankles and bum get more numb!
Don’t get me wrong, I’m a spiritual soul and love reflection time and gentle, nourishing practices. But I also appreciate efficiency – getting the best return from my efforts so I can forge ahead with my day…I am a recovering overachiever, after all!
So when I found this practice and gave it a go, I was sold. Since starting it a few months ago, I’ve hardly skipped a day. Because it’s short, and simple, and actually FUN!
